Return Policy & Cancellation Policy

APPLICABLE ONLY FOR ORDERS PLACED ON THE RASOISHOP OFFICIAL WEBSITE (WWW.RASOISHOP.COM)

RasoiShop follows a defined return and warranty policy to ensure clarity, fairness, and operational feasibility.

Return for Replacement Eligibility

Returns for replacements are accepted only if:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product is damaged at the time of delivery
  • Manufacturing defect is identified immediately upon receipt

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Important:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • Used or operational products are not eligible for return

Return Process for Replacement

  • Email ecom@rasoishop.com with required images
  • Approval from QA team is mandatory before pickup
  • Returns without approval will be rejected

Warranty (Primary Resolution Path)

Many appliances are covered under manufacturer warranty, as specified in product descriptions.

  • Post-usage issues, performance concerns, or installation-related matters are strictly covered under warranty and not returnable or replaceable
  • RasoiShop will facilitate coordination with the brand/service partner
  • Warranty resolution (repair/service/replacement by brand) will take precedence over replacement

Replacement

  • Replacement will be processed only after product inspection at our facility

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible
  • Processed to RasoiShop Gift Card only
  • Timeline: 24–72 working hours post approval

Non-Returnable/Non-Replaceable Items

Includes:

  • Used products
  • Perishables
  • Custom/personalized items
  • Sale items & gift cards

Cancellation Policy

  • Allowed within 24 hours and BEFORE dispatch only
  • Prepaid orders → refunded as RasoiShop Gift Card only
