Refund policy

At RasoiShop, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent experience for our customers. Our policies are designed to be fair while ensuring clarity in how returns, replacements, and warranty support are handled.

Return Eligibility (For Replacement Only)

We accept return requests for replacement under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Product received in a damaged condition
  • Manufacturing defect identified immediately upon receipt

All such requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  • All accessories, parts, and contents must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

Note: Once a product has been used or installed, it is not eligible for return or replacement.

Return Process

Email us at ecom@rasoishop.com with at least 2 images (issue + full product)

Our Quality Assurance team will review and confirm eligibility.

  • Returns will be accepted only after approval
  • Reverse pickup will be arranged post-approval
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Warranty (Primary Resolution Path)

Many appliances listed on our website are covered under manufacturer warranty, as mentioned in the respective product descriptions.

  • Any post-usage issues, performance concerns, or operational difficulties are covered under warranty
  • Such cases are not eligible for return or replacement
  • RasoiShop will assist in coordinating with the brand or authorized service partner

Warranty-based resolutions (service/repair/replacement by brand) will take precedence over returns or refunds.

Replacement

  • Replacement will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected at our facility
  • A fresh unit of the same product will be dispatched

Refunds

Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not available with us or the brand.

  • Refunds will be issued as a RasoiShop Gift Card only
  • Once approved, please allow 24–72 working hours for processing

Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items

The following are not eligible for return or replacement:

  • Used or installed products
  • Perishable goods (food, plants, etc.)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care goods
  • Sale items and gift cards

Damages & Issues

We request you to inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any issues within the stipulated timeline so we can assist you promptly. We also recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery, as this helps us process claims more efficiently.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before dispatch only.

  • Prepaid orders will be issued a RasoiShop Gift Card of equivalent value
