- A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
- 1 Teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 Tablespoon misal masala
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Pav (bread rolls)
- Butter for toasting
Instructions:
- Sprout moth beans and mung beans overnight. Drain the water and keep them in a dark place until sprouted.
- In a Pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, asafoetida, and let them splutter. Add chopped onions, green chilies, and sauté until golden brown.

- Add the sprouted beans, mixed sprouts, misal masala, and salt. Cook until the sprouts are tender.
