Preparing the Chocolate Mava Dough:

  1. In a Pan, add grated mava and cook it on low heat, stirring continuously until it becomes soft and smooth.
  2. Remove the Panfrom the heat and allow the mava to cool slightly.

  2. This mixture will be the delicious filling for your modaks.

Shaping the Chocolate Modaks:

  1. Take a small portion of the chocolate mava dough and roll it into a ball. Flatten it into a small disc in the palm of your hand.
  2. Place a teaspoon of the coconut-nut filling in the center of the chocolate mava disc.
  3. Gently fold and shape the edges of the disc to form a modak, pinching the top to create a tip.
  4. Repeat the process for the remaining dough and filling.
