  • 2 Tablespoons jaggery
  • 1 Teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon cumin powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, and water to form a smooth, elastic dough.
  2. Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each ball into a thin roti. Cook on a hot griddle until light brown spots appear.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
  4. Add chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
