Ingredients:
For Kachoris:
  • 2 Cups semolina (sooji)
  • 1/4 Cup all-purpose flour (maida)

  • 1/2 Cup boiled green peas
  • 1 Teaspoon chaat masala

  • Tamarind chutney
  • Mint chutney
  • Sev
  • Chopped tomatoes
  • Chopped onions
  • Pomegranate seeds

Instructions:

  1. Mix semolina, all-purpose flour, and salt in a mixing bowl. Gradually add water to form a smooth dough.
  2. Divide the dough into small portions and roll them into balls. Flatten each ball to make small discs.
  3. Heat oil in a Deep Frying Pan and deep-fry the discs until they turn golden brown and crisp.
  4. In a mixing bowl, mix mashed potatoes, boiled green peas, chaat masala, cumin powder, salt, and chopped coriander leaves.
  5. Make a hole in the center of each kachori and fill it with the prepared potato and peas mixture.
